Export the PDF
Print the stage sheet, or choose columns and a portrait or landscape layout — or copy the set as text for the group chat.
On this page
The setlist PDF is generated in the browser — nothing is uploaded. The logo from the show header and the show title, date and venue print at the top.
Generate a PDF
- On the Setlist tab, tap Export PDF. The button is greyed out while the setlist is empty.
- Under Layout, the Orientation starts on Stage sheet; switch to Portrait or Landscape for a table with columns. Pick the Page size and the Font size: Small (9 pt), Normal (11 pt) or Large (13 pt). Toggle Show header, Show set breaks and Show total-runtime footer.
- For Portrait and Landscape, tick the columns you want under Select columns. They are grouped into Song Info, Performance, Notes and Contents: Position, Title (always on), Composer, Lyricist, ISWC, Key + Camelot, BPM, Duration, Performing Artist, Lighting Cue and Notes.
- Tap Generate PDF. The file downloads; a toast confirms it.
The stage sheet
Stage sheet is the default: the classic taped-to-the-floor setlist, huge
type, one page per set, showing only Title plus Key/BPM. Column choices do
not apply to it. Each set is headed SET 1, SET 2 and so on.
Copy as text
Copy as text puts the whole setlist on the clipboard as plain lines, with the total at the end — ready for the band's group chat. For a page the band can open on their phones, send the read-only set link instead (see Getting started).
Characters and limits
- Fonts are embedded, so accented, Polish, Czech, Greek and Cyrillic text prints correctly — titles, notes and the show details alike.
- Chinese, Japanese and Korean characters cannot be embedded yet. Add a Latin transcription to the song if it needs to be on paper.
- A setlist over 500 entries must be split before export.
- Set-break rows print with their label when Show set breaks is on.
The PDF from this dialog is the stage document. The royalties report is a separate export on the Royalties tab with the society's own layout and wording.
