The Advisor takes your measured free windows, your registered equipment and your region's rules, and produces a set of frequencies that are intermod-safe with each other.

Generate a plan

In Live view, open the Frequency Advisor card.
Choose how many channels you need, from 4 up to 128.
Pick a profile:
- Robust uses wider spacing and guard bands — the safe choice for a festival stage next to other companies.
- High-density packs channels closer, for large musicals and corporate shows where you need the count.
Click Generate. Each suggestion sits inside a window the scan actually measured as free, and every pair and triple has been checked for IM3.
Export the plan as CSV or as a printable A4 PDF with a snapshot of the spectrum. Hand the sheet to the guest engineer.

The Advisor is deterministic: the same scan and the same equipment produce the same plan every time. A reprint matches the sheet you already gave out — which matters when three people are working from paper copies.

If it returns fewer channels than you asked for, there is not enough measured free spectrum for that count with the chosen profile and device families. Try the other profile, fewer channels, or a wider band.

Set your region

Choose your country in the Region menu at the top of the Live view: Germany (BNetzA), UK (Ofcom), EU (ECC / CEPT), France (ANFR), USA (FCC), Japan (MIC), Australia (ACMA) or Canada (ISED). Two things change:

The spectrum gets a tint over TV channels and reserved ranges for that country.
Every device in your equipment list gets a verdict: licence-free, registration required, or not allowed on that frequency there.

The verdicts are a guide, not legal advice, and the regulation data is from a fixed date. Check with the regulator for the current rules before a show in a country you do not usually work in.

Hand-off

Export the clear windows as CSV or JSON and drop them into FreqSense on the platform, or hand guest crews the Advisor's coordination CSV or the A4 PDF with the spectrum snapshot. See Export and import.
